O Curso de Restaurante e Bar, oferecido pela Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo de Inhambane em parceria com o Arquip\u00e9lago do Bazaruto, foi conclu\u00eddo no dia 13 de Fevereiro de 2025. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 jovens nativos do arquip\u00e9lago, sendo 4 mulheres e 6 homens. O objetivo principal do curso foi capacitar esses jovens a explorarem alternativas de subsist\u00eancia por meio do turismo na regi\u00e3o de Vilanculos. Al\u00e9m disso, os formandos reafirmaram seu compromisso com a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do uso sustent\u00e1vel dos recursos naturais, bem como com actividades voltadas \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o do Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural Local. Durante a cerim\u00f4nia, Samuel J\u00fanior, Diretor Provincial de Cultura e Turismo de Inhambane, enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia de os jovens formados atuarem como disseminadores de boas pr\u00e1ticas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos marinhos presentes na regi\u00e3o do Arquip\u00e9lago do Bazaruto.
